Keswick

The heart of the Lake District

The Town

Keswick is a market town in the heart of England’s Lake District National Park. It is situated at the head of the Borrowdale Valley and Derwentwater. The Theatre by the Lake, Alhambra cinema, Hope Park Memorial Gardens and mini-golf, and a range of cafes, pubs and shops are all within a 10-minute walk. For keen walkers, the Borrowdale Valley and surrounding fells offer a range of different routes, easily accessible from the apartment.

The Lake District

This area of North West England is famed for its peaks and valleys. Whether you’re looking to bag a few Wainwrights, enjoy the views offered by horseshoe walks, or just amble through the picturesque villages and lakeside picnic spots, the Lake District has a holiday for everyone. Come and see why the Lake District was frequented by famous poets and writers, including Beatrix Potter, who was inspired by dramatic fells and valleys to create some of her most famous tales.
